Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice (48 hours would be great!) for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and partners in healing on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.
We also value our time, as time is precious and filling gaps in our schedule is essential to our livelihood as a small business. Staci and I do not receive any income for missed or late canceled appointments and would be deeply grateful for as much notice in advance as possible. This will allow us more time to contact others and get the appointment filled.
As a courtesy, you will receive an email reminder 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment as well as a reminder the morning of. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen and will work with you whenever possible. Please, communicate with us.

In return, Staci and I will always do our best keep our appointments as well, and will only reschedule when absolutely necessary and as far in advance as possible. We too experience emergencies and illnesses, and will communicate as quickly and efficiently as we are able when things like this occur.
