Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice (48 hours would be great!) for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and partners in healing on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.
We also value our time, as time is precious and filling gaps in our schedule is essential to our livelihood as a small business. Staci and I do not receive any income for any missed or late canceled appointments and would be deeply grateful for as much notice in advance as possible. This will allow us more time to contact others and get the appointment filled.
Therefore, we have decided that if a partner in healing cancels with less than 24 hours notice more than 2 times, we will no longer be able to schedule appointments with them in advance. Same day appointments will be considered on a case by case basis.
Whole Healing Space provides partners in healing with email confirmation and reminders. We thrive on getting appointments confirmed. But in the event you do not receive an electronic notification of your appointments from us the day before, that is not sufficient enough reason to miss an appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments.
Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next partner in healing's scheduled appointment.
We do understand that emergencies happen. Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by Staci and myself.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment.
The 24 hour cancellation policy gives us time to inform our waitlist partners of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Whole Healing Space's values your time, as well as ours, and appreciates all your support and understanding.
