We are not a spa!
BUT you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuventated.
We are a small "Mom and Mom" operation in a humble, yet beautiful and unique space. We offer all the lovely spa extras like hot towels, hot stones and aromatherapy (free of charge), but please do not expect a spa experience. We are located in the heart of our lovely town, so there is a bit of traffic noise, though we do our best to keep the space filled with beautiful music to drown out the world!

Personally select a combination of healing modalities, as well as the amount of time you recieve of each service in order to best to suit your individual needs. Choose any of the services we offer such as: Massage, Reiki, Chakra Clearing, Oil Drop Ceremony, Aromatherapy, Hot Towels, Hot Stones and full body CBD($10 add-on) or CBD spot treatment to mix and match for a truly customized session! The Perfect 90 Minute Session
We have discovered that Massage and Reiki go hand in hand and that a 60 minute massage is just shy of perfect. With this 90 minute session you'll enjoy a 75 minute massage PLUS 15 minutes of Reiki. Choose from Swedish Relaxation, Hot Stone, CBD ($10 add-on), Myofascial, Therapeutic, Prenatal & Postpartum, and Oncology Massage complete with hot towels, hot stones, aromatherapy and CBD pain salve spot treatment. You can also bring your loved one in and heal together with the Perfect 90 for Two!

Sacred Lomi Lomi Session
Sacred Lomi Lomi weaves ancient practices with hands-on bodywork that integrates the physical, emotional and energetic. A traditional session is offered by 2 Massage Therapists working simultaneously and in harmony. You also have an option for a one on one session, with just 1 Massage Therapist. This is a ceremonious and releasing session with chanting, flowing forearm massage, minimal (appropriate/safe) draping, breath and energy work.

Full Body CBD Massage Add-on
Add our Susan's CBD Jojoba oil to any massage. CBD works on the body's endocannabinoid system to block pain, reduce inflammation and promote a feeling of calmness and well being.
Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish Relaxation Massage promotes self-healing & relaxation by calming the nervous system, stimulating circulation, releasing muscle tension & relieving discomfort and pain.
Hot Stone Massage
Add the healing power of heat therapy with the use of smooth basalt stones which enhance the relaxation of both mind and body. Hot stone massage is very effective for tension and soreness, as well as an overactive nervous system.
Myofascial Massage
Myofascial Massage is useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles. This is a very intentional and targeted release of the myofascial tissue, allowing for release of tension in the underlying muscles.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage includes various modalities, such as myofascial, assisted stretching & trigger point release work to target your trouble areas & work towards your self-healing goal. *We are not deep tissue therapists, but we can offer you a firm and effective pressure for those of you seeking deeper work.
Prenatal & Postpartum Massage
In healthy pregnancies massage is ofen beneficial to both Mother and Baby and can decrease muscle aches, increase circulation and offer both physical and emotional relaxation. After Baby arrives, postpartum massage can assist with bringing you back to your body and help ease pains from childbirth and the demand of Motherhood. Special considerations are made for our expecting and postpartum Partners in Healing and we have all the pillows and props needed to create a truly enjoyable session.
Oncology Massage
Ocology Massage focuses on a gentle and genuine touch to offer comfort, relief and relaxation to those Partners in Healing who are experiencing this difficult time in their lives. The session is deisgned to safely meet you where you are at in your journey and assist you with connecting with your body in a postive and loving way.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique which aids in stress reduction, energy balancing and relaxation. Reiki sessions can be in person, or we have been placed with the distance symbol so we can offer you Reiki at a distance. Reiki can be sent to you generally or we can target a specific problem area or concern. We can also do a Reiki Chakra Clearing specifically targeting your 7 major Chakras in a 30 minute Reiki session. For Two Reiki sessions are great for any relationship!

Heat Therapy
We have hot towels and hot stones ready and waiting to be added to your session for increased relaxation or to offer some targeted relief.
