Swedish Relaxation Massage promotes self-healing & relaxation by calming the nervous system, stimulating circulation, releasing muscle tension & relieving discomfort and pain.

In healthy pregnancies massage is ofen beneficial to both Mother and Baby and can decrease muscle aches, increase circulation and offer both physical and emotional relaxation. After Baby arrives, postpartum massage can assist with bringing you back to your body and help ease pains from childbirth and the demand of Motherhood. Special considerations are made for our expecting and postpartum Partners in Healing and we have all the pillows and props needed to create a truly enjoyable session.

Therapeutic Massage includes various modalities, such as assisted stretching, trigger point release & deep tissue work, to target your trouble areas & work towards your self-healing goal.   

Not quite ready for the whole massage experience, give our chair massage a try!  Chair Massage is performed in our specially designed chair, or on the massage table, with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more! Choose from a 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minute session. 

Ocology Massage focuses on a gentle and genuine touch to offer comfort, relief and relaxation to those Partners in Healing who are experiencing this difficult time in their lives. The session is deisgned to safely meet you where you are at in your journey and assist you with connecting with your body in a postive and loving way.

This is a 30 minute Reiki session targeting the seven major chakras in the body. Combine with any other services in our Create Your Own Healing Experience! 

Choose to have your essential oils diffused into the air, on the table linens, added to your massage oil or all three! Choose from our custom doTERRA® blends: Eucalyptus Bliss (Citrus Bliss and Eucalyptus), Light Blue Healing (Deep Blue and Copiaba) or Lavender Tea (Lavender and Roman Chamomile) 

We have hot towels and hot stones ready and waiting to be added to your session for increased relaxation or to offer some targeted relief.

This technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils to create an overall wellness experience. The essential oils used in the AromaTouch Technique® were chosen for their individual and combined aromatic properties and are applied to the back and feet. This requires a 30 minute session and can be added to our other services with the Create Your Own Healing Experience! 

Add the healing power of CBD Salve to your massage session and give some cooling and love to overworked and sore body parts!  Crafted with helichrysum and other minty essential oils to help cool and soothe what ails you ~ with CBD Oil added for that extra love!!
